At PAKO COMPUTERS, warranty services are provided strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer, supplier, or authorized distributor. PAKO COMPUTERS acts solely as a reseller and facilitator of warranty claims.
By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Warranty Terms
- Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects identified within the officially specified warranty period.
- All warranty obligations are
the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, supplier, or authorized
distributor.
PAKO COMPUTERS shall not be held liable for defects that arise after the product has been sold in confirmed working condition. - If your invoice states “Warranty”,
it is the customer’s responsibility to collect and safely retain the
warranty card.
Claims submitted without the required warranty card may be rejected. - The original purchase
invoice is mandatory for all warranty claims.
Claims without a valid invoice will not be entertained. - Warranty coverage begins from the invoice generation date, not from installation or first use.
2. Customer Responsibility at Time of Purchase
- Customers must thoroughly inspect the product before leaving the store or accepting delivery.
- Once the invoice is generated and the product leaves our premises (or is accepted by the customer), it is deemed to be in satisfactory condition.
- Any issue reported after this point will be treated strictly under standard warranty procedures.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty shall be considered void and may be rejected if the product:
- Is physically damaged, broken, cracked, burned, or rusted.
- Shows signs of liquid damage, electrical surge, or environmental exposure.
- Is submitted without proper protective packaging.
- Has a tampered, altered, or removed warranty sticker or serial number.
- Has been opened, repaired, or modified by unauthorized personnel.
- Has software-related issues, including virus infections or operating system corruption.
The following items are not covered under warranty:
- Power adapters
- Cables
- Printer cartridges and toners
- Consumables
- Accessories included in packaging
Accidental damage and misuse are strictly excluded from warranty coverage.
4. Warranty Claim Process
- PAKO COMPUTERS will forward the product to the manufacturer/supplier/distributor for assessment.
- Approval or rejection of the claim is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer/supplier/distributor.
- If approved, the product may be:
- Repaired, or
- Replaced with the same model, or
- Replaced with an equivalent model (if original is unavailable)
- Warranty processing time may
take 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the manufacturer’s procedures.
Delays are beyond the control of PAKO COMPUTERS .
5. Limited Warranty Products
Certain products are sold under Limited Warranty terms:
- The first year may be covered free of charge.
- Customers are responsible for complying with manufacturer requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
PAKO COMPUTERS shall not be liable for:
- Data loss under any circumstances.
- Business interruption or financial losses.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Warranty claim rejections by manufacturers.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
7. No Immediate Replacement Policy
PAKO COMPUTERS does not provide instant replacement unless explicitly stated in writing on the invoice.
All warranty cases must undergo standard manufacturer verification procedures.
