We maintain a strict NO RETURN and NO EXCHANGE policy.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Products cannot be returned.
- Products cannot be exchanged.
- Change of mind does not qualify for return.
- Incorrect size, preference, or ordering error does not qualify for return.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing product specifications before confirming purchase.
REFUND POLICY
We operate under a strict NO REFUND policy.
Once:
- An order is placed, and
- Payment is successfully processed,
The transaction becomes final and non-reversible.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders
- Delivery delays
- Dissatisfaction after use
Exception:
Refunds may only be issued if:
- The product is completely unavailable after payment, or
- The order is canceled by PAKO COMPUTERS before dispatch.
In such cases, refunds will be processed via the original payment method only.
